NTP "Truboprovod" (Piping Systems Research & Engineering Company) was founded in 1992.

NTP "Truboprovod" has got accreditation in the Expert System of Industrial Safety and is certified by Federal Mining and Industrial Inspection of Russia (Rostech-nadzor of Russia) for design works and expert examination on industrial safety of explosion- and fire-hazardous and harmful plants and facilities.

Many well-known Russian and foreign companies are among clients and partners of NTP "Truboprovod".

Major fields of activity

1. Development of explosion-&fire-hazardous and chemically harmful plants and facilities, objects of boiler inspection providing their reliability and ecological safety by using modern methods and programs including 3D-CAD systems.
2. Research & development studies , algorithm development, hydraulic, heat and stress analysis of piping systems.
3. Expert examination of plant design and equipment including that to be imported in Russia.
4. Diagnostics of operating equipment and pipelines, issue of reports on their residual life; examination of safety statement.

1. Truboprovod is equipped with modern computer facilities including advanced personal graphic workstations for 3D design of large process units.
   The software allows carrying out calculations and 3D modeling of equipment, pipelines and civil structures during both engineering stage and expert evaluation & modernization of existing facilities.


2. Truboprovod uses modern instruments for non-destructive inspection and diagnostics of industrial equipment and piping condition.The Company is studying constantly the Russian and foreign instrument markets and improves its own instrument depot and methodical basis.
