Revamping of distillate cooler of K-1 and K-2 columns. - Replacement of K-2 column. - Revamping of liquid and gas fuel treater for furnaces of the plant. - Design for electrical oil desalter. - Estimation and design for conversion of heat-exchanging system of the plant. Conversion of AT-2 plant, 1.4 mtpy, including: - Replacement of trays of K-2 column – replaced with tapered and valved ones (process and hydraulics calculation for columns was performed, trays were supplied).Output made 110%. - Design for electrical oil desalter. - Revamping of distillate cooler of K-1 and K-2 columns. - Revamping of liquid and gas fuel treater for furnaces of the plant. - Estimation and design for conversion of heat-exchanging system of AT-2 plant. Conversion of asphalt plant with replacement of oxidizing gas reheat furnace. Conversion of common service facility, including: - Revamping of tank batteries (storage plant and facilities) with installation of four tanks, 10000 m3 for oil and black oil, and four tanks, 5000 m3 for gasoline. - Designing of new transformer plants for AVT-plant (atmospheric & vacuum distilling) and storage plant. - Designing of fire fighting automatic systems using foam extinguisher for tank batteries. - Designing of fire safety water supply systems for tank batteries and loading racks. - Designing of recycling system for the gas discharged from safety valves of the facilities. |

Since 2002 ZAO IPN has been appointed the general designer for ZAO Krasnodarsky Oil Refinery - Krasnodarekoneft (ZAO KNPZ-KEN). Since 2002 the following design works were performed for ZAO KNPZ-KEN: |

Revamping of tank batteries (storage plant and facilities) with installation of four tanks, 10000 m3 for oil and black oil, and four tanks, 5000 m3 for gasoline. Revamping of AVT plant (atmospheric & vacuum distilling), including: - Revamping of vacuumizing block for K-3 column with independent water cycling. - Revamping of distillate cooler for K-1 and K-2 columns. - Replacement of K-2 column. Revamping of gas and liquid fuel treater for furnaces of AVT-plant. - Oil dewatering and oil electrical desalting plant was erected according to our design. |
Revamping of AT-2 plant, including: In column K-2 trays were replaced with tapered-valved ones (while this the process and hydraulics calculations were carried out, and trays were delivered). The output achieved 110%. |

Supply of the process equipment, valves & controls, and kitting-up (arrangement of supply package) are included into the scope of works. The groups of ZAO IPN specialists are residents at Krasnodar to perform field supervision on-site. |
